Teaching Methodology
This course is conducted in an interactive manner. Individual presentations and discussions are very much emphasized to encourage multi-way communication. A great variety of activities, from activities involving learners working individually to group and whole-class activities are used to raise learners' awareness of the aspects of English pronunciation.
Teaching Material & Syllabus
Specially designed materials will be provided exclusively by Asian School of Education. The syllabus adopted is approved by MOE and has been revised in order to suit our students’ contemporary needs.
Assessment and Examination
The continual assessments consist of practical teaching sessions and presentations. The final examination gauges how much the students have learnt in this course. It consists of 3 parts – written, oral and listening.
Teaching Assignment
Students who are interested may register with Asian School of Education. As we do conduct children enrichment classes, adult phonetics and other English classes, a pool of teachers which consists of our ex-students, is very much needed. Asian will offer assignments to students if they meet the selection criteria.
