At Asian School of Education, all staff are strictly trained to abide by the following instructions:
- Staffs are restricted to engage in pressure selling
- Staffs are not allowed to mislead the students with vague information
- Staffs must provide accurate, timely and comprehensive product, service and welfare information to students and perform the service to the expected level
- Staffs are prohibited to divulge students’ particulars to a third party without a written consent from the student. Student particulars are to be kept under strict confidentiality at all times.
- Only authorized personnel (Programme Coordinator, General Manager and Principal) are allowed to access students’ files and password secured databases.

- Students are to report to the administration office or the higher authority, should the staffs violate any of the above stated
- Staff caught infringing the above, will face immediate termination of employment from Asian school of Education. A significant amount of compensation is liable, depending on the degree of violation caused.
